1. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older and who are employed as IT professionals at time of entry. Any determinations of eligibility will be made by Cybernetics (the "Sponsor") whose decisions are final. Entrants may be subject to rules imposed by their employers relative to their participation in trade promotions and should check with their company for any relevant policies. Employees, officers and directors of Cybernetics, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and immediate family members (spouses and parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law or internal business or company policy. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 

2. TO ENTER: visit www.Cybernetics.com and complete the online registration form. To be eligible for the random drawing, your registration form must provide all entry data requested and answer all questions. Limit one registration entry per person. 

3. PRIZE: With each Technology Update email transmission, Cybernetics will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible participants. Winners are notified by email and must contact Cybernetics within 30 days of the drawing to claim the prize. Winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility within 14 days of notification, or may forfeit the prize . Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants. 

4. GENERAL: All taxes on prize and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prize, not otherwise specified, are the sole responsibility of winner. By participating, entrants agree: (a) to these rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects relating to this promotion; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, agents and representatives and their respective officers, directors and employees from and against any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from their participating in the promotion and/or their acceptance, use or misuse of the prize. Winner agrees that Sponsor may use winner's name and/or photograph for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in all media, including but not limited to Sponsor's website, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) and agrees to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, agents and representatives and their respective officers, directors and employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (c) lost, late, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries; or (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Email Giveaway program or any portion thereof should virus, bugs or other causes beyond control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the promotion . CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute about the identity of an online entrant, each online entry will be assigned to the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. All entries and entry information become property of Sponsor subject to Sponsor's privacy policy as posted on its website. No prize transfer or cash redemption will be permitted. No prize substitution, except by Sponsor at Sponsor's sole discretion, will be permitted, unless due to unavailability, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded.
